Title: On-line Predictions Using Databases of Reduced-Order Models and Interpolation on Matrix Manifolds Speaker: David Amsallem, Stanford University and UC Berkeley Date/Time: Thursday, September 23, 2010, 2:00pm Mountain Time Location: CSRI Building/Room 90 (Sandia NM) Brief Abstract: A new methodology is presented for adapting parameterized reduced-order models stored in databases using suitable interpolation schemes on matrix manifolds. The proposed methodology is illustrated with its application to real-time computational aeroelastic analyses of full aircraft configurations: methods are developed for the interpolation of CFD-based fluid and Finite Element-based structural reduced-order models.
