The conference will be held September 6-8, 2006, at the Bishop's Lodge Ranch, Resort & Spa, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The workshop will begin at 6:00 pm on September 6, and will run from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on September 7 and from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on September 8. Dinner will be provided the evenings of September 6 & 7, while lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided on September 7 & 8. If you have any food restrictions, let us know prior to the workshop so we can work with the hotel staff to accommodate you.

Hotel Reservations:
Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-732-2240 by August 7, 2006, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Mountain Time.
They must identify themselves as members of NECIS. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. Deposits (by credit card) are refunded or credited only if notice is received 14 days prior to arrival date and cancellation number must be obtained by guest.

Single Occupancy: $106.00

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Driving Directions from Albuquerque Sunport to Bishop's Lodge:
Start at 2200 Sunport Blvd SE, Albuquerque (go 0.1 miles). Sunport Blvd SE becomes Sunport Loop SE (go 0.7 miles). Sunport loop SE becomes Sunport Blvd SE (go 0.9 miles). Take ramp onto 1-25 North going to Santa Fe (go 59.9 miles). When in Santa Fe, take exit #282 onto St. Francis Drive. Head north towards Espanola and Taos. Follow St. Francis Drive for approximately four miles, and turn right onto the second Paseo de Peralta - the intersection after Alameda Street. There is a Bank of America on this corner. Follow Paseo de Peralta to Washington Avenue / Bishop's Lodge Road. Turn left onto Bishop's Lodge Road, and follow for approximately three miles to the entrance to The Bishop's Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa. Turn right into The Bishop's Lodge.

Reimbursement:
NECIS will reimburse local expenses (up to two nights of lodging and meals) and up to $400 of airfare (on a U.S. carrier) for participants not employed by a federal agency or national laboratory. Non-DOE attendees will receive a no-fee agreement form from us by email. They need to complete the top section of this form, sign and date it in the space provided and return it by fax to (505) 284-4520.

Sandia National Laboratories will only reimburse non-DOE attendees. If your expenses are being reimbursed by Sandia, you will receive a reimbursement voucher at the workshop. It is important that you submit your expense voucher as soon as possible after the workshop. The workshop coordinators, Deanna and Bernadette will be available to assist you in filling out the expense report.
