The conference will be held April 20-22, 2006, at the Marriott Uptown,
2101 Louisiana Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, NM

The workshop will run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday - Friday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. Lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided during the workshop. If you have any food restrictions, let us know prior to the workshop so we can work with the hotel staff to accommodate you.

Hotel Reservations:
To guarantee the group rate, please make your reservation by the cut-off date of April 5, 2006.

To make reservations please call 1-800-228-9290. Mention the name of the event "SNL-Numerical PDEs in the 21st Century" to receive the group rate.

Single Occupancy: $68.00.

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service between the Albuquerque International Sunport Aiport and Marriott Uptown is available. They are located in the Albuquerque International Sunport on the first floor across from Southwest baggage claim 3.

One way ticket: $13.00
Roundtrip ticket: $24.00

Reimbursement:
Sandia National Laboratories will only reimburse non-DOE attendees. If your expenses are being reimbursed by Sandia, you will receive a reimbursement voucher at the workshop. It is important that you submit your expense voucher as soon as possible after the workshop. The workshop coordinators, Deanna and Bernadette will be available to assist you in filling out the expense report. Those who are being reimbursed should be aware of the following important guidelines.

  • We will pay for your airfare, lodging and shuttle expenses up to $760 via a professional services agreement.*
  • If you are unsure whether or not Sandia is reimbursing you, please contact Deanna or Bernadette.

*Information needed for a professional services contract:

  • resume
  • social security number
  • complete name and address
