The conference will be held September 10-12, 2007, at the Bishop's Lodge Ranch, Resort & Spa, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Working breakfast and lunches will be provided at the workshop September 10-12, 2007. If you have any food restrictions, let us know prior to the workshop so we can work with the hotel staff to accommodate you.

Hotel Reservations:
Bishop's Lodge
Sandia will prepay the hotel costs for academic attendees. Therefore, each individual guest must contact Deanna Ceballos or Bernadette Watts before August 10, 2007 to reserve a room. Because we are prepaying the hotel, if you cancel you must contact us immediately so we will not be billed for your room.

Single and double occupancy: $83.00 + applicable taxes. Resort fee is $14.50 per day per person.

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.

The Lodge at Santa Fe
There is a limited number of rooms blocked at the Bishop's Lodge. A second hotel has been set up for participants, but we need to fill up the block of rooms reserved at the Bishop’s Lodge first.  When the Bishop’s Lodge is full, you may make reservations at the Lodge at Santa Fe.

From Albuquerque Sunport to Bishop's Lodge
Start at 2200 Sunport Blvd SE, Albuquerque (go 0.1 miles). Sunport Blvd SE becomes Sunport Loop SE (go 0.7 miles). Sunport loop SE becomes Sunport Blvd SE (go 0.9 miles). Take ramp onto 1-25 North going to Santa Fe (go 59.9 miles). When in Santa Fe, take exit #282 onto St. Francis Drive. Head north towards Espanola and Taos. Follow St. Francis Drive for approximately four miles, and turn right onto the second Paseo de Peralta - the intersection after Alameda Street. There is a Bank of America on this corner. Follow Paseo de Peralta to Washington Avenue / Bishop's Lodge Road. Turn left onto Bishop's Lodge Road, and follow for approximately three miles to the entrance to The Bishop's Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa. Turn right into The Bishop's Lodge.

Start out going North on University Blvd. SE toward Spirit Dr. SE, .6 mi.; turn Left to take the West Sunport Blvd ramp toward I-25, .1 mi.; Merge onto Sunport Blvd. SE, .1 mi.; Merge onto I-25 N toward I-40/Downtown & Santa Fe, 55.2 mi.; merge onto Cerrillos Rd/NM-14 via Exit 278, 7.5 mi.; turn Left onto S.
