The conference will be held June 3-5, 2008 at the Bishop's Lodge Resort located in Santa Fe, NM.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the workshop all three days. Dinner will be provided on Tuesday, June 3. On Wednesday, dinner will be on your own. If you have any food restrictions, let us know prior to the workshop so we can work with the hotel staff to accommodate you.

Hotel Reservations:
Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel directly at 800-732-2240 or 800-419-0492 toll free or 505-983-6377.  Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, "SNL - When MPI only is not enough," at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties of first night room and tax.

Reservations need to be made by Monday, May 5, 2008 to obtain the special rate.

Driving Directions from Albuquerque Sunport to Bishop's Lodge:
Start at 2200 Sunport Blvd SE, Albuquerque (go 0.1 miles). Sunport Blvd SE becomes Sunport Loop SE (go 0.7 miles). Sunport loop SE becomes Sunport Blvd SE (go 0.9 miles). Take ramp onto 1-25 North going to Santa Fe (go 59.9 miles). When in Santa Fe, take exit #282 onto St. Francis Drive. Head north towards Espanola and Taos. Follow St. Francis Drive for approximately four miles, and turn right onto the second Paseo de Peralta - the intersection after Alameda Street. There is a Bank of America on this corner. Follow Paseo de Peralta to Washington Avenue / Bishop's Lodge Road. Turn left onto Bishop's Lodge Road, and follow for approximately three miles to the entrance to The Bishop's Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa. Turn right into The Bishop's Lodge.

Reimbursement:
We will reimburse local expenses (up to three nights of lodging) and up to $300 of airfare (on a U.S. carrier) and $50 towards shuttle service. Non-government attendees will receive a no-fee agreement form from us by email. They need to complete the top section of this form, sign and date it in the space provided and return it by fax to (505) 284-4520.

Sandia National Laboratories will only reimburse non-government attendees. If your expenses are being reimbursed by Sandia, you will receive a reimbursement voucher at the workshop. It is important that you submit your expense voucher as soon as possible after the workshop. Also, original receipts are needed for airfare, hotel and shuttle for reimbursement. The workshop coordinators, Deanna and Bernadette will be available to assist you in filling out the expense report.
