Registration

Please follow these steps to register:

  1. Fill in the registration form and fax/email it to Dee Cadena, dacaden@sandia.gov,
    fax - 505-284-2518.

    If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours please contact Dee. Your form may not have been received.
  2. Make payment.

Registration Fee--------US $650

Additional Reception and Dinner guests for Monday, March 9, 2009 and Wednesday, March 11, 2009 will be: Adult - $125.00 and Children 12 years of age and over - $75.00 each. Children under 12 years of age are free.

NOTE: Guests must be paid for via check. Only participant registration can be paid for by credit card.

If you will be paying by credit card, please click here. Select the Event Name "SOS 13 Workshop" from the drop down list and fill in all required information within the form.

If you will be paying by check/money order, please make it payable to: SNL

Send the check along with the attendee's name and what the payment is for (ex. registration, dinner guest, number of children) to:
