Martin Frey received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland in 1994. He was a research assistant at ETH Zurich supporting parallel computers and since 1995 he has been a member of Supercomputing Systems, Zurich, in the development of device drivers, MPI communication libraries and a parallel, distributed file system, and since 2000 he has been a project manager.
