Foreign National Participants

Approval from our Foreign Interactions Office is required prior to your attendance at
the workshop. Please complete the "Information Request for Foreign Nationals" form (located below) and return it to Deanna Ceballos by email. The approval process usually takes four to six weeks to complete.

If you are a resident alien (RA), please send a copy of your card to:

IMPORTANT:
If you are bringing a guest with you, and your guest will join us for meals or other activities, they are also required to complete and return the "Information Request for Foreign Nationals" form.
