gm_mpi_kill - Remove stale MPI jobs from a node

gm_mpi_kill [ --help ]
This script is used to clean up mpi jobs that didn't finish completely.
gm_mpi_kill will check gm_board_info to determine what jobs are running and then kill them.
--help Print manpage.
gm_mpi_kill must be run on the desired compute node.
Paths and other defaults are recorded in CConf.pm.
