When yod is executed from a PBS job script, there are certain variables defined that are required by the runtime system. If the user does something in their PBS job script like rsh to another service node and run yod there, they must be sure to set these environment variables in the new shell to the same value they have in the original shell: PBS_ENVIRONMENT, PBS_BATCH, PBS_JOBID, PBS_NNODES.
