Sandia National Laboratories, for and in consideration of the funding provided by the Sponsor, shall perform the following work for the Sponsor:

I. Description of Services

TECHNICAL CONTENT:
COMPANY will provide SNL with a database of approximately <number of> entries, which SNL will install on COMPANY supplied computing equipment. SNL will install VxInsightä , under a Research License <or commercial full use license>, on their equipment, and will ordinate the database for use with VxInsight. ä SNL will work with COMPANY to develop a preliminary analysis of the data. SNL will demonstrate VxInsight, ä operating on the COMPANY database, in a meeting arranged by COMPANY in <location and date>. All actual work, including software installation will occur at SNL, in New Mexico.

II. Deliverables:

The deliverables will consist of:

1. Two installations of VxInsightä on COMPANY supplied computers with COMPANY supplied <type of> data.
2. An initial preparation of this database for analysis with VxInsight. ä
3. A preliminary analysis of the data.
4. An oral presentation of the results <location and date>.
