Adult's Menu - $35.50 per person
Includes tax, gratuity and
round trip tram ride. Meals are served with choice of: Tossed mixed
greens or cup of soup, coffee or tea and dessert.
- Grilled Chicken Breast with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
with a lentil gratin and roasted butternut squash.
- Winter Vegetable Penne Pasta
roasted squash, greens, red onion, sage and sun-dried tomatoes with asiago
- Chicken Fettucine
with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and cream
- Gilled New York
grilled eight ounce steak cooked to order with braised vegetables in a wild
mushroom broth

Children's Menu (ages 10 and under)
The children's menu is not part of the banquet package, so these menu
items must be purchased separately at the restaurant.
Prices for these items range from $5.00 to $7.00, and
beverages are not included.
Children ages four and under can ride the tram for free, but children
ages five to ten are charged $9.50 for the trip.
