Research Interests
I work in the Center for Computation,
Computers, and Mathematics (CCIM)
at Sandia
National Laboratories. My work is in mathematics and
computation applied to problems in biology, chemistry, and
physics. I have
worked
on DNA microarray analysis, genetic network inference,
drug and polymer design, prediction of protein interactions,
prediction of protein secondary structure, analysis of scale free
networks, neutron detector design, and the topology
of chemical space. I also
have experience with support vector machines and pattern
recognition, including graph drawing and dimension reduction.
