I am involved in the following software development projects:
- NEOS-SRN
- Summary: an application of Argonne National Laboratory's NEOS server
for optimization and parallel solver
applications on Sandia's restricted network.
- Info: presently supports algorithms for protein structure alignment, linear programming and mixed-integer linear programming.
- Availability: NEOS-SRN Overview
- SGOPT
- Summary: a library of global optimization methods, especially stochastic
global optimization methods.
- Info: currently being used within DAKOTA and other projects at Sandia.
- Availability: LGPL Download
- PICO
- Summary: a library of parallel branching algorithms (branch-and-bound, branch-and-cut, etc), that are scalable to large-scale parallelism.
- Info: under development; used to provide parallel heuristic branch-and-bound within DAKOTA.
- Availability: TBA
- DAKOTA
- Summary: a toolkit for design and analysis for applications
using engineering simulations
- Info: currently being applied to a wide range of DOE applications; an online handbook describes
current capabilities
- Availability: See GPL Download
- UTILIB
- Summary: a library of standard utilities for code development (e.g. sorting utilities, basic abstract data types, I/O utilities).
- Info: currently being used within SGOPT, PICO and other projects
at Sandia
- Availability: LGPL Download
- OTHER
- CVS macros used access Sandia software respositories (HERE)
